Hi there,
i sent invitations to 2 friends of mine for register to Replay Poker. I wrote their emails in the box on the invitation page and pressed the button for sendig the invitation. None of them got an email. Does it work at all?

Did you tell your friends you were sending the invites? If so, do they know to look for email from Replaypoker, to check their junk/trash folder(s)?
If the Replay email is not working, you can send them an email directly from your own email account containing the signup link. Just copy the link on the “invite friends” page and paste it into your email:
Just click the “copy” button.
You might want to contact support to let them know if your friends never get the official email form Replay: support@replaypoker.com

Yes they were aware and the Emails were not received. I also copied the Link directly and sent to 1 of my friends. Clicking on the link, he says open the normal main login-register page. Is that suppose to be like that?

Hi @chipsmama i invited another friend to the page in the same way and sent him my invitation link. He used the link and registered…this time it didnt work. nor him or me got the chips nor it was counted towards my invitations and he was not automatically put to my friendlist. Can you take a look into this matter? Thank you!

ok now i learned that the invitation was not counted because it was assumed he was in same houshold or already exisiting player??? he was new and not in same household. so that doesnt make sense. well we got the 10.000 chips manually so thx but the counter didnt accept it. guess the system is bit faulty?

After further investigation, it appears that some recipients are not receiving the email invites using our Invite feature.
We recommend that you still use the Invite feature above, so your invites can be tracked in your account.
After you send an invite using the field above, we recommend that you send another email message using your own email account to send your unique referral link.
We understand that it’s double the work, and we apologize about that. Using the two options above ensure that your invites are being tracked and your recipients receive your invitations. Our Team is looking into this and I will give an update as soon as I hear back.
