My mouse pointer no longer recognizes the bet or raise option. I can only call but don’t have the option of raising or betting .Is this a site bug?, has someone hacked my account? or have i been banned from the site due to not spending a penny on this “free” to play site? I love this “free” play site and worked HARD to get where i’m at acquiring my chips and want to know if this can be fixed. Any responses, suggestions, or advice is greatly appreciated.

Hey @addictz, it’s fairly obvious but I wonder if you have tried just shutting down the computer completely? … shutdown, remove the power supply, and wait 10 minutes.
What you are describing sounds more like a hardware problem than a site problem.
Grapes suggestion is a great idea as well but I’d be looking at hardware problems first.

Disconnect the mouse from the computer if wired and plug back in. Disconnect the module from the computer if the mouse is Bluetooth and plug it back in. If all else fails spend $20 and get a new mouse 
Sometimes computers do not recognize hardware after updates. Your mouse is simply plug and play. Try the suggestions from us first before you toss the computer out the window

The fact tht he can use the mouse to call suggests something other than a mouse problem to me. Still, it can’t hurt to reboot the computer and reconnect the mouse. Contacting support is probably the better bet though.
We have had players who have been cursed before. Have you made fun of any witches lately? You know, laughing at their pointy hats or pointing at the wart on their nose… stuff like that?
If so, just go to amazon and search for “gifts for witches.” They sell a nice 24 bottle assortment of herbs that any witch would love, and it’s only $25! An apology and a nice gift might get them to lift the curse.

I recently had 4 of a kind and when I tried to go all in it wouldn’t let me bet and sat me out. It then let me play the next hand, so I don’t think it was my computer.

Thats actually happened to me about 3 times as well over the past week or so, the bet/raise ‘button’ wasn’t where it’s graphic was displayed, it was kind of right at the very top left corner of the button, almost off of it entirely but once I found and clicked on it and the hand continued, the buttons were lined up correctly again on my next turn.

I dunno SPG, If it’s the dreaded ‘Puggies Curse’ no amount of gifts, apologies or superhuman feats of stat crunching can lift that one.
