Double-checked with the team who retested it and found it operating correctly. If you notice this occurring, could you please send us the link to the replay so I can pass that along? Thanks!
Don’t know if anyone else has noticed anything, but all day Saturday and all through Oceanic Wave on Sunday, I found everything to be off. I was getting folded out of hands I tried to play, chat was slow, when I bet or called immediately, I was still sat out, sometimes I never even got buttons to act…got to the point that in my last of the 7 promotional SNGs I played, I was calling if I had a button to call (even though I still had no hole cards). Most of the time it would still fold me, but sometimes the bet went through. Then it was check, fold or all in, not knowing if any response I made would actually be recorded, lol. I got folded off AA, KK, JJ, etc. Makes for an interesting, if frustrating game. Then without any change made by me, the 20K Oceanic started and I could see my hand, I got buttons to act (even pre-action buttons showed up), I could chat easily and wasn’t being folded if I thought about it or took more than 2 seconds to act. It was back to normal on these tables. I don’t know why it was so messed up yesterday, but it reminded me of the first night on the new tables in Oceanic…where if you got 2 seconds to make a decision, you were lucky. I’ve been actually trying to play poker on these tables, but if this keeps up, I guess I’ll have to play blind bingo
Just an update…these problems persisted through Sunday. Until the first break in Oceanic Wave (Monday morning), I was sat out of nearly every hand. Sometimes, I could sit back in long enough to limp from the BB, but it always ended up folding me at some point. Most of the time I never even saw a button to act, much less had time to click it. If it did appear, it would only flash on the screen, or would act like I called, but the call never made it to the table. Tried to call 20 hands in a row - it accepted 1 call out of 20. I was calling blind, because I couldn’t wait for the cards to bet, if I had any chance of playing a hand. The cards usually didn’t show up until after I was sat out. After the break, it’s like someone flipped a switch and everything was working normal and I could play. I hope this is fixed and doesn’t happen again. It is extremely frustrating, more so because I was playing for tournament points and wasn’t sure if being sat out so much would cause me to lose credit for playing.
Bahia, I am having a similar problem. When a hand finishes the “ding” is clear and correct, but time after time I am sat out because the warning “ding” when my hand is about to be folded unless I play actually gives me no time to bet. The “ding” seems to mean you are sat out and is not a warning at all! Also I am moved to another table when I play my last card and have no idea whether I have won or lost the hand. Everything seems a bit rushed and out of time. I am talking about MTT tournaments and am unsure whether these annoyances occur on the rings and sit&go tables.
Yes many times when changing tables You see the action speed up like a blur-flash-plunk.
Regarding the issues over the weekend, I checked in with the team and they’re looking into it, but sadly we just aren’t sure what happened there! The site had a couple of stuck tables, but we’re not sure if it was related. We saw some players having some issues in the tournament you mentioned, but not others at the same table. Usually if there’s a problem it will affect everyone at the table. We did just release a fix this morning that should prevent stuck tables, so hopefully that will smooth out some of the technical difficulties people saw this weekend.
Please do let us know if you run into significant issues that seem out of the ordinary – it may end up being a server issue rather than related to HTML5.
This is definitely an annoying bug, and I’m sorry it’s still around! We’re still working on getting this one fixed.
Yes–that was a shock last evening–to have the final table assembled before the previous table’s play was finished!
Unfortunately, I am unable to play these tables with the sound on, without getting a headache in under 5 minutes, so I’m not sure what is happening there, but I have been instantly calling or folding and the timer stops and it sits me out. Actually managed to do well on my first 7 SNGs of the promo yesterday, despite the fact that I was folded out of every hand I wanted to play. Seems all you have to do to get to the end of these SNGs is fold every hand, lol. My last 3 games I gave up after 5 minutes of being folded and if I got a button to act I checked or called before I actually saw any hole cards, just in the hope of playing a hand. If I waited for the cards, I was always sat out, if I called blind, I could play one of out every 10 or so hands. Managed 2 second place finishes and a win by calling blind Of course, I was so stressed out by the end of those games, I was ready to kill the computer, lol. May need to start playing Minesweeper again - was less frustrating
It was not fun, and though today is my day off, I doubt I’ll bother playing 7 today. On a positive note, the 2 MTTs I play every day, the Oceanic league, were functioning well tonight for me. Gave up on rings with these new tables - bingo isn’t fun and I get folded too often to play anything but low stakes bingo in rings, unless there is a leaderboard involved…then I can fold and attempt to play (or resort to bingo).
Lately (in the last couple of days, maybe week) I’ve been unable to click the button to dismiss the congratulatory message on the screen when I win a game. It’s as though the button is not registering a mouse click. This blocks me from being able to say “gg” in chat, among other things. I use the latest version of Chrome browser on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
That was fixed early this morning. If you encounter it again, let me know and I’ll raise it with the team.
Will do.
I know some people have asked for faster games but now you are clearing some tables before the game is finished, you have closed the game with the last card being dealt, i know the PUTA knows who is going to win but i would also like to know whaat the winning hand was before you move us onto a new table
For the last two nights I tried to play in a tournament but the game was all messed up. I would not have cards to bet on or the flop would be six or seven cards or not even let me play. I finshed in 39th place fighting the hole way. I could have finshed in the money with a good program. Whats up with this?
I’ve had problems and issues with the new tables like most folk, when you try to call and it doesn’t it folds. When you are moved to a new table but not sure if you won the last hand or lost. Arriving at the new table and you have to call but can’t see your cards. Also playing and want to raise full pot or all in but not enough time.
Well for me i had done everything i could, or i thought i had!
My laptop less then 3 years old was dying with the battery so needed to be plugged into power so i purchase a new one and started using it yesterday.
So far no problem playing the free rolls the speed in moving tables is instant and time enough to go and raise my bet. I haven’t had time for other tables yet but i’m expecting no issues.
I’m not a computer geek so be kind, i think having RYZEN AMD in my HP laptop is making it all good for me.
So far i think my chips and ticket numbers will grow much faster. Hopefully this is of use to people who are having problems.

This keeps happening:
- I sign up for a SNG tournament.
- Table fills up.
- Pop up notification appears in bottom right corner of the screen.
- I click the notification.
- It dismisses the notification.
- Table doesn’t open up.
It sounds like you don’t understand how hand ranking works.
I went to check the raise box to raise minimum when it came to my turn and right as I clicked it the opponent raised way higher than I would have causing me to then raise even higher than that. Please implement something to prevent this, maybe 1-2 seconds after someone else has raised you will be asked for confirmation when attempting to check the box.
Also, on another occasion I checked the same box and then unchecked it just before it was my turn but it still automatically raised.
In this tournament it is forcing me to use the flash version of the table? Please at least put a warning on there somewhere if some tournaments can only be played on the flash version, I’d rather not play the tournament at all than use the old table.
I had the same problems as you. Please read my post above. I’m not saying it’s the answer but i’m now happy with the tables.
