I’ve had hands with extra cards or missing cards. Games that started AFTER the flop. Games that never started and chips gone. Lagging, all kinds of weird crap.
I like change, change to something that’s working…

achievements page works for me

Wasn’t that long ago I used the current front end for the first time. (that i remember). It wasn’t too bad, but still took a while to become comfortable, and this was a system, i assume has had years of treaks. Also, I had my share of , top 10 hands folded, from missing the few second window that the lag left you. The one thing i really liked about the flash version, though, was how uncluttered the screen was, compared with other internet tables I had tried. The needed info is easy to find. Other than the chips, there’s not a lot there, not needed to follow the hand. The new tables have more visual to sift through to find bet sizes, who’s betting, who’s the button, ect. That could change with familiarity, but i hardly ever use rings tables. I’ll have to wait until I can use only the new tables for a few days, to really see how they work for me…
The html version doesn’t have the feel, or game flow, of sitting at a table, like the flash version does. That can be fixed, or i can get used to it, I guess. It’s moot, anyway, until the functional side is working smoothly. I understand that should be the object of focus, right now, but hope the finer points of the UI can be revisited, later on. Don’t neglect to listen to your player base, Replay.
Last time i played on a Ring’s table, I saw improvements. Tried to get more games in on the SnG beta, but kept getting bored waiting for a table to fill up.
Gonna test the MTT tables, soon as i find one. Curious to see how the table juggling is different.

Just finished a game of OM hi lo ring game. I asked other players if they liked the new format. They all did, except they needed more time to get used to it. Also, is it my eyes? or is the chat text very light and hard to read?

I’ve heard that complaint quite a bit, so I don’t think it is your eyes. I gave up trying to chat on those tables, because its too hard to read, unless you are at a table full of Moderators - the purple text is legible

The new format is terrible. All of the numbers of chips are smaller and harder to locate. Has taken away all of my enjoyment of this site.

I think That amplifying the Table its self would make a huge difference!

Dislike everything about the new cheesy looking format that these old eyes cannot see as well. I cannot fathom anyone thinking this is an improvement. Just my two cents

the new format is not and was not a good move on replays part. You cant take a brb form the table and
the graphics are really shoddy. Please go back or you are going to lose many many players. You’re thoughts.

The background needs to be a different color please, but I’m sure this has already been mentioned.

Yes you can, you just tick “sit out next hand” and then you stay sitting out until you return to the table. Presumably there is a limit on how many hands you can sit out for but I don’t know what that limit is.

The new format is not working for me. All too often I am displayed as “Sitting Out” before I actually get to read second card dealt. Very frustrating. Used to enjoy this site but will have to look elsewhere. Sad!

I’m pretty used to having to tap the touchpad very heavy to get a click to register on the old tables. Sometimes I have to tap 4-6 times in order for it to finally react.

Well, today I got to throw away 300,000 in buy-ins due to hair-trigger response from the trackpad, folding great hands when I was trying to move the mouse arrow from the fold button to the raise button or the call button.

I don’t know how Flash works with mouse sensitivity, if that’s something that a developer has any control over. But I never have mis-clicks in other apps. I tap, it registers a tap. I don’t tap, it never registers a motion as a tap.

I hope the HTML5 tables don’t have this problem.

There is definitely something f’d up about the timers and such. I’ve had several hands where i take action while there is still some red on the timerbar, but the system not only doesn’t take my action, it sits me out, but doesnt’ tell me i’m sat out until the next hand, so I not only auto-lose the first hand, but I’m forced out of the 2nd hand (and possibly a third if it would be in small blind)

I finally worked the MTT beta into my schedule, yesterday, and saw some reasons for encouragement. I only got sat out twice. The first was on the first hand, which seems to be a common problem. The second came with a message to wait my turn. These are obviously bugs, and can be fixed. What i was happy to see were several things which were not bugs, but things which were brought up in this, and similar threads, and got changed. Hopefully, this will continue.
The response to mouse clicks was slower than flash, but once i got used to this, it wasn’t too bad. The lag was nowhere near as bad as I’ve seen the flash version get. Switching tables was seamless, and superior to flash. The info tab brought on mixed feelings about it’s usefulness. It diverted my focus from the game, to using the UI. This may fade, as I use the program more. I suggested it stay, as is, but replace the feedback button with the current blinds and # of players still active. I’d like to get that info with just a glance. If I want to see where i stand, or when blinds increase, then the info button is there.
I was fairly critical at the beginning, but as long as i see some of the players suggestions given credence, I’m,willing to give Replay some slack, for now.
For one thing, I’m not sure the continued use of flash is an option. It’s my understanding that flash will no longer be supported , or updated.
