The problem that day was that there was a delay with the pay-outs and when you left the table, chips stayed in hold and added as soon as the problem was resolved.
Better send such cases to the staff instead of community support. You can use the ? in the header or send it by email to support@replaypoker.com Only there they can look into your bank logs and see what happened. And only there they can refund chips if needed.
