After a prize is won in a tournament, how soon is it added to your chip count? I won prizes in two tournaments yesterday. One of about 29K and one of 50K. It doesn’t appear these were added to my chip count.
Prizes from tournaments now get added immediately, in the past players had to wait until the end of the tournament.
I checked your account, and there were two prize winning tournaments from yesterday:

Are these the two you meant? They’re not 29K and 50K. If they’re not, what were the names of the tourneys?

Thursday, April 4: Ranked 2 out of 19 players on No More Sorrow 10000 tour.
won 51,300 play chips.
Friday, April 5: Rank 4 of 34 in Bounty Pleasure Tour. Won 28,560 play chips. (This was the 29K one I questioned about not being updated in my account)
Sunday, April 7: Rank 3 of 40 in Kick Started Tour. You have accounted for this one.
Sunday, April 7: Rank 1 of 6 in a SnG. You have accounted for this.
Sunday, April 7: Rank 7 of 42 in Sunday Million 2 Tournament. Won 50,000 play chips. NOT accounted for.

I guess I didn’t know the rules about personal information I appologize.
Here is my question: On Sunday, April 7, 2013 I placed 7th of 42 in the
Sunday Million 2 Tournament. The system notified me that I Won 50,000
play chips. I also received an email from Replay Poker confirming the same. As of no ch the 50,000 play chips have not been credited to my account. Please help me get this resolved.
