Expired tickets

Why are my tickets saying they are expired when I try to use them, but the bank says they are good for 3 years?!

Hi, sorry to hear you are having ticket issues. Th esystem uses the oldest ticket first, do you have any that were to expire before now? I would like to help but do not have access to your Bank for details. Please send an e-mail to support@replaypoker.com regarding your issue, including which specific tickets you are reffering to. They will contact you back.

I don’t know if you are aware but the ticket system has recently been changed. You can find more info here: Ticket Update.

You can now select which of your valid tickets to use to register for a tournament. :

Unfortunately there is a small glitch as it seems that not all of the valid tickets are listed for some reason.

I know this because in the photo above there should have been three tickets to choose from instead of two.

The tech team is aware of this problem and is working on it.
