Drama at Final Table

I was all-in when this happened, although a J would have been nicer.

Then I was heads-up with the big stack. We did a fair share of shoving but the blinds weren’t quite big enough to sway the stacks, so we had to try to play a little poker. Then the final hand went down. Can’t say he played it badly.

Interesting.

I may have to change my notes on you since they say, “High Pair Player”

Unless you’re just creating cheap false advertising.

Nice win.

Congrats!

Thanks for posting.

My latest tourney and final table.

Look at this flop! It really set me up. Damn lucky flop, but I also was very careful picking this spot because I made sure that the all of the stacks still in were smaller than me. I was watching position against the big stack and whenever he folded I was paying attention. ; )

I was totally in command, actually burning half tank just to make the blinds go up (6 min levels with antes). Then I had a setback.

Then my opponent was playing too tight and I was able to wrangle this out of him.

I didn’t even notice the wheel. I was too busy pumping my fist when I saw little bricky cards.

And the hand to finish it off!

Tournament win from a field of 68, won 60k on 2.5k buy-in. Cha-ching!

Nicely done!

Congrats!

I was thinking granny abuse with those quad 7’s

Never giving up is your strength.

Keep in mind the competition isn’t the best, but it’s a good sign you’re on pace winning

a tournament a day.

I went broke many times early on, competing against stronger fields.

You may have the right idea lingering at the lower levels to build your bankroll.

Good luck and have fun!

Oh, I know. My head is not getting big. Just being smart about my bankroll.

Thanks for the gratz. : )

Never use bankroll management its boring
