Well winter here in Florida is a little different…
Last night I put some marinated tuna steaks on the grill, and then topped them with an orange mango jalapeno salsa. A saute of chiote, onion, and pepper for a side. Pan-blackened shrimp as the appetizer and an acquired recipe of red lobster cheddar bay biscuits.
