First and foremost I got to meet and become friends with so many really cool people through the forums, and mostly playing in the some of Replay’s Private Leagues.
On the results end: I did double my Bankroll from 16 million to 32 million only playing in MTTs.
Joined Badonks SIlver Donks at the beginning of the year, won my first Donk’s League tournament, Got a tournament named after me, and later won a Silver Crown (winning a timeslot) for the 3rd quarter and advancing to the Gold Donks for the fourth quarter.
Joined the Nordic Warriors league just after it was formed this summer and really enjoy the level of competition and comradery this league already has plus we play both Omaha Hi-lo and Hold’em so a more well rounded test. Proud to have been able to recruit several folks into the league and help it grow. The quality of play is out of this world, some have said its harder to win in this league than it is to win a 1,000,000 buy in tournament.
Through the Nordic Warriors, I was invited to join the Dream Weavers league and learn to play the highly addictive and very very fun game of team poker with Team Pirates helping them win the crown in October and November and clinch the yearly title. Hands down this league is the friendliest group I have ever played with and the skill level is also off the charts. One of our members recently cashed at a WSOP event.
Gotten alot more active in the forums and made a few great friends such as @Litenin who asked me to team up in the forum Duo League and we have managed to win the league/event 3 out of 4 months (2 three way ties and 1 outright).
Been involved in playing and providing feedback for the Marathons which combine my two favorite games. A few of my suggestions have been bit hits. Haven’t won a Grand Final yet but I’m getting closer :).
Made up my mind to finally win a Leaderboard and The American Regional MTT regular league in April and won it 5 months in a row April thru August before shifting focus to league play and giving someone else a chance to shine.
No RPOS Wins or Winter Games Medals but I’m getting closer there too.
Hopefully, I have lifted a few spirits and given some good advise as well.
2023 was also a great year for me at Replay Poker. I met so many new friends and Great folks both at the tables and in the forum. I learned a lot from them all and look forward 2024!!!
