So would someone like to explain what happened in the Winter Games? The leaderboard results from Monday and Wednesday and the individual medal tables changed significantly. I noticed this on Friday and today is Sunday and the silence is deafening. Deterrence is not effective if you don’t communicate the details.
I saw it today too. Something changed on the medal winners of Day #1 - #3 and the medal tables.

There was an adjustment to RWG Day 1/2/3 Leaderboard. A player was removed from the LB and placings changed.

If the player was removed for cause, probably not. Replay will not share details about any sanctions against players. These details are considered a private matter between Replay and the offending player.
Once again you do not deter bad behavior with silence. You had to take action against a player. What was the nature of the offense? The player won two medals and now all record of that has been removed and the players account removed Did he cheat? Did he violate a personal conduct policy? Replay took a fairly strong disciplinary action against a player, explaining to the community this is what happened and this is what the penalty is for XXX, sends a strong message to others who might be doing the same. I applaud Replay for taking action this should be shared as a learning moment. No names or highly specific details needed.
I am pretty sure no one is trying to deter anything, change anyone’s behavior, or teach any lessons. This is pretty much a dictatorship. If you break the rules you pay the price and no one cares whether you do or don’t. We are all adults here and we all know the rules. Folks know what cheating is and that it is against the rules. Folks know when they are cheating. Cheating, and other bad behavior, is a choice.
Don’t break the rules. That is the the learning moment, no further lessons needed or required.
WHAT RULE WAS BROKEN? You are acting like the player is going to sue you for Liable. In a dictatorship you make examples of people who break the “rules”. Punishment has no value other than deterrence at a free poker site. If you don’t communicate what happened you basically accomplished nothing. But please feel free to protect the perpetrator and hide the fact that there are ways people can cheat so none of us can ever look out for those things and report them.
Replay did a good thing, communicate your success and reenforce the rules that some people felt it was ok to ignore.

i agree with southwestmba: i’d like to know what was wrong, but it’s ok. not to know the person involved…
I would like to be 25, six feet tall, and even more good looking than I already am 
… I think we are both going to be disappointed. 
To be 25 again happens sure not, but the cheater can be now back at the tables and do the same again.
