Happy Fat Tuesday. If you are in New Orleans I hope you aren’t playing poker :). For those of us not in New Orleans it was a fun filled game of Royal this evening with 11 horse toeing the starting line. Royal can be one crazy game AA vs KK both hit trips but the pot gets split four ways as a straight finds the board. Chip stacks rose and fell all in prayer answered and at least two players founded what would have been a Royal Flush. In the end OhioJake got on a steamroller and flattened the competions for the win and the most bounties, while @southwestmba finished 2nd and managed no bounties and @rgcrest grabbed third in a crazy game. Royal can be a pain but it is rarely boring. Great game all
A fast horse a Friday night a 6 shooter Bullseye. 13 Wild Horses toed the line and raced into the evening battling for the prize. An hour passed and 7 remained. Finally, Terminator J aka @jujube (pictured above showing off her mad skillz) on her mighty steed took charge and fought to victory outlasting @southwestmba and @JohnDaWalka in a back and forth challenge for survival.

If you are using Skype
My Microsoft Teams fully synced with Skype today, all of my contacts, conversations and chat rooms from Skype are now in Teams, when I type in a room in teams it shows in skype as well, until Skype ends in May.
This option will soon be available to everyone even if you don’t join the insider program.
After joining the insider program I was able to choose what profile I wanted to use and migrate all chats early from Skype instantly.
The option to join the insider program is in Teams setting or when you install the app.

June 8, 1978, probably the greatest rivalry in Triple Crown History was decided by a nose. In the spirit of that great rivalry 15 wild horses put the blinders on and raced on a sunny spring like day. @southwestmba and @jobe2010 made a stretch run for the ages one surging head only the have the other claw back. @southwestmba found the line first flopping a straight to complete a comeback from dead jast with under 900 chips to the winners circle. @jobe2010 was a tactician supreme trapping and winning 2nd, and Carl the @dreamer2023 fought gallently to stay up with the leaders for 3rd. @minksnopes, @Kondrad , and @Sue13 made a killer final table. Another photo finish and a great game. Have a great weekend!!!,

WILDHORSES Poker League – “Trigger” Tournament Recap – March 11, 2025 (PL Omaha)
( Trigger, originally named Golden Cloud, was Roy Rogers’ faithful palomino stallion and co-star in many Western films.)
Today’s Pot-Limit Omaha tournament, aptly named “Trigger,” saw some intense action among the WILDHORSES Poker League members. Leading the charge was @gunslinger13, who dominated the field with 15,904 points, amassing a hefty 66,600 chips, and securing an impressive 22,200 bounty chips.
Runner-up @_Rain_ put up a strong fight with 11,246 points and 39,960 chips, but couldn’t quite close the gap. @Maniacal1rounded out the podium in third with 9,182 points and 26,640 chips.
Other notable performances included _snowman|_, who finished 5th but managed to collect 7,400 bounty chips, showcasing some aggressive eliminations. The rest of the top 9 included @rgcrest, @Sue13, @Nemesis67, @Excaliburns, and @philandddit, all battling it out in a competitive field.
With high-stakes plays and plenty of action, the “Trigger” tournament lived up to its name, providing another thrilling day of poker. Can anyone dethrone gunslinger13 next time?
As night drew its veil upon, the world a spirit rode thru the forest and called ut to his earthly wildhorses,“Run with me”. 10 wildhorses heeded the call and chased the spirit who ran like the wind. “Omaha Omaha Omaha,!!!” the spirit cried as big hands came and went. @southwestmba raced out to a big lead with a full naval barrage for the win, edging Norris the @_snowman and @Sue13 in a fine game.
We had spirit. But least we forget the spirit of our friend Sharon and her husband tonight sending prayers.

Friday night. Beautiful day perfect for pouring asphalt and rushing back to play Wildhorses. A small but feisty field toed the line to play some Texas Hold’em Players got way down early and came roaring back again and again. @southwestmba and @gunslinger13 had quite a duel one pulling ahead only to be yanked back with AA vs 66 but @southwestmba got QQ at the end and they held vs A8 for the win, @gunslinger13 played great in second and Carl the @dreamer2023 sleepwalked past most of the field for 3rd. Almost 1:40 for a 9 player tournament shows how hard fought a game it was great game.
