I have currently about 300.000++ chips.
So I do not play on tables 1/2 2/4 5/10 or 10/20.
Usually I play on 50/100 or 25/50.
I don’t dare to play on 100/200.
Never played there.

Play your strongest game when your bank is low.
You shouldn’t be playing Hold 'em for example, if Omaha is your strongest game.
Simply play at the level where you’re trending up.
This advice can be misleading since a player can easily be trending up and then at the same level, all
of a sudden start trending down.
My experience, I went from 2 million to 80 million then back down to 2 Million on Replay.
With millions at stake with one turn of a card, it can go either way.
Don’t gamble your chips at a table where 1/2 the table has a ranking of 100 or lower.
If a player is rude at the table, I wouldn’t risk my chips against him.
It’s a lousy feeling losing to a player like that but on the other hand, a great feeling knocking him/her
out of the tournament. If you happen to have the best hand then by all means, go for it!
Bottom line is to find a level where you’re comfortable and trending up.
You can play freerolls to build chips, but I don’t understand you play 50/100, 25/50 but not 5/10 or 10/20.
Have fun, play all places, it is a free fun site:) and play the free rolls and get more chips.
Why not play MTT tournaments? Your losses are limited to the buy in plus you can add on if you try one of the regular leagues like Gemstone, same games count toward two leaderboards with weekly payouts
