When I open the poker game window, I just see a black screen

low stakes, medium stakes, sit an go tables. screen opens up but is black when table should be. advertisments for additional chips are there and will open

I’ve been gone for a week and during that time ,replay has made some changes.I can no longer access any tables, low, med,or tourneys. I click to open table and the screen is just black! Any suggestions?

Please provide what OS/browser you have. Did you updated Adobe acrobat recently? Did you try log out-log in to the site?

Paul, Marci,

I tried the logout-login routine as well as updating Adobe yesterday and it made no difference.

I have the Ubuntu OP and firefox as my server. Same results today as yesterday. I click on open table, system seems to be running, then screen turns black! HELP! midwestjack

Can you try a different browser midwestjack? For example Google Chrome. It’s almost certainly your setup. Can you play any other flash games. For example head over to http://www.king.com/ - do their games work for you?

am currently using goggle chrome as i have in the past when site was working.

tanglewood, I can see that 2 days ago you played some hands. Did it work then? Have you tried on firefox or IE? Also have you tried updating your flash client here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Let us know if any of these things help. I just tried logging in as you and the game showed fine for me.

Finally, when the game window shows in black, do you see anything else, like the loading window? And do you hear the noises?

yes it worked a few days ago. when i log in to play the screen where table should be shows black. has two small boxes in upper left hand corner. when you scroll to them it shows to download latest abode which i have done twice. advertisements to add poker points show and i can access them.

don’t lose all my chips while i’m gone.

Can you take some screenshots and post them here or send to support@replaypoker.com - or record a video of what happens using http://www.screenr.com - did you try and update your flash and try different browsers. Did any of those things help?

i reset my password and now it will let me into tables on my pc but not my laptop. figures i prefer to play on my laptop.

Guys can you let us know exactly what browser, version and operating system you are using, and what flash version, when you get the black screen. We really want to get to the bottom of this.

To check what flash version you’re using, head over to http://www.whatismyflash.com/ - make sure you’re viewing this in the browser you’re having the problem.

So far we know

Tanglewood: Using Chrome (which version?), what Operating System? What Flash version?

midwestjack: Using Firefox (which version?), using Ubuntu Linux, what version of flash?

Also can you hear sounds when the black screen shows?

Paul, I’m using firefox 9.0.1 and flashplayer 11.2.02.

I dont hear anything when the screen is black

midwestjack, which Operating System are you using, for example: Windows XP, Vista, 7 or OSX Lion?

Can you try one thing… resize the window, make it really big… does that make a difference?

Paul, I followed your link and the screen was black.

I resized the window and it was just a bigger black screen!

I’m using Ubuntu Linuk-10.04 LTS- Lucid Lynx

Boeslager had this problem a week ago after the transition, when he lost his chips. Is he back runnung now?

Unfortunately they don’t have a debug for linux.

Do you see the info box at the top, can you copy and paste in the information. Can you also view any other flash sites like www.king.com - try and play one of their games.

Paul, it doesnt appear I can play any flash sites. I tried king.com, signed up, went to a game, hit play and the screen was black!
