What sport do you wish you were good at?

we had the opposite problem in central California; one year about 1/3 of the field was DNF due to heat exhaustion. one kid left the race in an ambulance!

I was good at baseball and football ( GREAT hands and i loved blocking )…I awwww retired from golf----2 expensive, lost sooo many balls n broke 2 many clubs:).

I loved bowling as a kid -when 12 i bowled a 257 n 50 years later that is still my best. Had 2 back operations n 2 hip operations when younger from sports n had to retire from bowling as i throw my back out doing it:(----i do miss it.

Welp. My friend has me thinking about doing a paddle board and try it out. Looks fairly easy except my balance is not what it used to be. But I will try this weekend.

Yep. We were in Tahoe 2 years ago and saw some. But that is a fairly calm lake and the Gulf of Mexico isn’t LOL.

Got a bit of on ground training today LOL. Hitting the water tomorrow. Kind of excited.

paddle boarding is very fun and pretty relaxing. Did it a while ago at a summer camp on their lake. Very fun with a couple boards and a few friends

Had fun doing the paddleboard thing yesterday. Pretty easy actually. Can’t afford to buy one yet but certainly is on my list. Only bad thing yesterday is my sunburn LOL.

Not too late to play. I still play a little with my son.

I played a ton when I was in school. I was even on the chess team for 4 years. Love chess !

Use to have matches with a co-worker who would always win. :grimacing:
Still play occasionally (mostly against computer generated players) and have gotten better.
