The Good:
Paired Flop
A2 on the CO and open for just under 4x. SB calls heads-up. Loooves me some paired flop as PFR, but in this case the added bonus of hitting the 2 for 2-pair catcher. I bet 2/3rds. He folds.
The Bad:
AAA flop
Previous hand (you can click on it from the link if you want) Villain jammed into my QQ and short stack called. I knocked them both out, that’s why the table is 3-handed. I have 22 and flop AAA. I jam into Villain on my left. He folds. Not sure this was a great play in retrospect. I mean what is calling that, the last A or pocket pair? If so I’m toast. Maybe I panicked there. Oh well, I took it.
The Ugly:
Double-paired Board
98sp, I open for 5x+ from HJ. Get called by CO and SB. Flop a gut with 2 cards to top end. SB opens min. Such a tiny bet I raise 3x to see how serious he is but the CO calls. SB also calls. Flop pairs the board. I’m ready to give up. SB checks, so do I, but surprisingly CO checks us back. 7 on river double-pairs board. SB checks. Nobody wants this. I bet 2/3rds and take it down.
