Sorry if there is another post on this, but I did search.
I updated my email address and the system asked me to verify from my email. I do that and it just goes back in Replay and states my account is already active, but every time I go to my dashboard or lobby or any of the options I get a popup that I need to verify my email. I have resent the email to myself and gone through the process multiple times to no avail. Am I going to have to see this popup for the rest of my days on Replay? Was it erroneous of me to want to update my email?
Any suggestions would be appreciated or if anyone can forward this to the help desk (of which I also cannot find anywhere) that would be great too…thanks.
Of course the dilemma is… which email should you use??? The old one or the unverified one??? lol jk… but if you do have problems contacting support you can always click on the help icon (? in a circle) and then click “contact us”):
You can attach your screenshots to that message as well.
They are really the only ones who cah help with this kind of problem. In the past I have found them to be both responsive and tenacious. Hope this helps.
