When trying to respond to a message when I hit send I get an error message and have to try again and even then it takes ages to send it. Have the same issue when trying to open a lobby or table it takes forever . I am not having any issues with my pc , this is just on Replay.
Thank you for posting this Sharon, as I am having a similar problem and it is getting worse by the day! I have just tried to send you a further message via PM and I cannot even open my in box!
The length of time taken to sign in to a tournament and to navigate between the lobby and the tables is now becoming minutes rather than seconds, and I hope something can be done to improve the connection speed on the site, as I too have no trouble whatsoever anywhere other than Replay.
Everything is stupid slow today. Even comments in chat don’t appear until 2 hands later sometimes.
This isn’t only today , the sending messages issue has been like this for a week ,the openings tables much longer.
The league pages are horrendous today, over a minute or timeout.
My other tabs are fine, so it’s Replay.
I agree Sharon, for a long time now I have been having this problem and it is getting worse rather than better!

I had it today very slow too, it started yesterday short before midnight ET.
The send message page was updated 1 - 2 weeks ago, many new there. My first message on using it was frozen, but they made it better.
I have had the same problem as well, Gateway time out. And when it works I don’t know if message was sent unless I go to messages sent to check. Hopefully replay will give us an update soon on the problem.
yes ive been tryhing to tell C/S for days but Zendesk send me to there page for me to buy a package I don’t know about anyone else but Replay need to sort out all these niggles instead of sprucing this and that up my granny would say they’re sweeping it under the carpet trying to hide the facet there’s as problem finally 4 days after starting contact Replay I mange to send a message
I too have been having the same problem, when I go to look at my messages and or send a message, it just keeps loading for the longest time, been doing this to me for a while now
Same thing happening when my seat comes available, takes forever to open tbl and get on it.
Same here I don’t know if they send or not, I have to click onto sent messages to find out , then doing that takes a long time as well.
Noticed the slowness yesterday .
Same here Zona the messages are so slow to send.
I WISH maybe not every time but every once in a while, we receive an explanation why these glitches are occurring. Something along the lines of we were trying to improve the PM system the way in a regular email one can Reply to all instead of now where you have to add all recipients EVERYTIME!
The way I view these glitches which should never occur unless there is an attempt to modify some existing feature. I’m always curious for the reasons behind them which may just be my nature to understand how the world always works.
Can’t access ring tables as of 18:40 ET (US). My browser is Chrome. My OS is Linux Mint. Also, your Thunderbird email service doesn’t have a send button, making it more difficult to contact support.
