Tournaments points are only used for ranking. You find your own week, month and year tournaments points on your Stats page (you find the link for that page in your menu, what you get if you click on your nick name upper right) There you also have a link to see how the tournaments points are calculated.
On the page Top Lists, Multi Table Tournament you find a few toplists http://www.replaypoker.com/toplists/mtt
For weekly rank your 10 best tournaments counts, for the month rank your best 20 and for the year rank your best 100 Multi Table Tournaments.
