Very basic complaint. I don’t care what is done with the screens. Seems the new format retards play and lag has been worse and getting unplayable. Been here ~ 10 years and I have seen an abundance of slow play due to RP lag. New format? Getting booted!
Still recommend a max late buy in to tourn to 5 min. Cannot go to a casino (anywhere) and buy in to a tourn after 15 min.

You can lose a few minutes at the beginning of the tournament when you lose the connection, and depending on what value tournaments you are playing, you might have to wait an hour or more for another decent tournament.
No one wants to sit around and wait for a tournament to start. I usually start a few minutes in. I have never noticed any problem with the starting of tournaments, except that in the early going you tend to have to switch tables a few times.
In last night’s tournament, my table was switched with seven players left in and I had 15,000 chips. But the app hung up and it took me about 5 minutes to find the new table, and by that time I was down to 11,000 chips.

I lost a few blinds, total about 8,500 chips yesterday sitting in ring games n frozen to start. Lost 2,500 chips in tournament as frozen whole game. I wrote and they gave the 2,500 chips back but not the others:( It is only getting worse, just had A-K but frozen out of hand i would of won big time lol.
