Missed out on a 100K bonus ticket!
A couple of days ago I logged in at local time was somewhere around little past 7 PM PDT.
I registered for the Easter Marathon Free Satellite which started at 8:15 PM.
Managed to finish in the money. Went back to the Dashboard and refreshed the page and collected my daily bonus of 2500 chips.
Same circumstance the next day. Log in before 9:00 PM, played in a Multi-Table Tournament that I was in and it ran past past 9:00 PM.
A but, a BIG BUT, I forgot to go back to the Dashboard and forgot to refresh it and logged out.
Next day logged in to my surprise was back to the 500 chip daily bonus and set back to day 1 of the bonus ticket schedule.
If I had just refreshed my Dashboard I’d have a 100K ticket.
Just wondering if there is a remedy for a simple mistake, on my part, for not refreshing the Dashboard past 9:00 PM PDT, 12:00 AM EDT, while still logged in.
I think (wish) that when logged in at the the daily cut off hour would automatically qualify for the next days bonus.
It would be nice not having to remember the jump through the hoop of the Dashboard refresh in my time zone to collect my bonuses.
Or give a friendly reminder when logging out that you need to visit the Dashboard to collect your daily bonus and to keep your ticket for next higher level alive.

Tried F5 , it is totally useless. All I get is a 0 with a back slash across it on a grey background lasting for less than one second. Not enough time to click on it to see if does anything of use.
It doesn’t last long enough to a get screen shot. It looks like a greyed out Intentional No Parking sign

It would be very nice on the part of Replay Poker or Casino.org to award the daily bonus while a player was logged in and sitting at a table during the daily bonus rollover hour.
It maybe take a few (or many?) lines code to say hey, this person is on line and playing at a table and is eligible for the Daily Bonus.
Award the eligible bonus automatically.
Whatever your time zone happens to be.
When you leave the table after the roll of your over time zone you get nice to get a message that your daily bonus chips and tickets have are already in your account.
Or a notice to visit Dashboard to see if you are eligible for bonus or a bonus ticket.
We have the automatic award. I’m sure it happens sometimes not because Dashboard, Lobby,… have freezes, and you or someone else close then the frozen tabs. I saw this freezes last weeks many times.

I just know what my experience is. I don’t use the dashboard just the main lobby. when I play, the game opens in a new window and I leave the lobby window open. If the new day bonus time passes while I am playing, when I am done playing and I close the game window, I renew the (still open) lobby page and the daily bonus appears in my bank. Otherwise, the bonus appears in my bank the first time I open a page for the day. The daily bonus splash screen only happens when you open the dashboard page
Since the change to HTML games, many of the errors players encounter can be fixed by clearing the browser cache. Maybe try that?
If the support team can see that you were actually online on the day you lost your streak maybe they can fix it.
