The Longest Word?

What is the longest non scientific word in the English language ?
My shot is : antidisestablishmentarianism @ 28 letters !
Any and all scientific words are barred and that includes Latin names for flora & fauna in common or uncommon usage !
No proofs or validation required as we should all play nice ( BWAHAHA )

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious @ 34 letters.

The real question is: how many Word Chain threads do these forums really need? :joy:

what level of English is this I wonder…

Fake word but it will fly with most !

This isn’t a word chain so your point is ? Also this is off topic and like all other topics on offer there is a readily readable list allowing some to be avoided .

My avowed aim is to see how far off topic I can get and still garner valid replies !

disbelieve as my sources can’t verify including the world wide word but worth a punt !

I was talking about your other threads, I commented here because the others require a one word only comment. With already 2 Word Chain topics running, a third one with the letter “e” and a 4th one “in the letter y” (“new but annoying for some” as you named it) seemed a bit over. But hey, if you and others are enjoying that, so be it. I merely gave an opinion here. And don’t worry, it doesn’t “annoy” me. I know how to mute threads.
