what are you going to do with all your chips? Buy a… oh wait
@BALENA11
When players get to a certain level we are not doing anything with our chips,
we are doing it with your chips
That is a sublime answer my pal,
Where do you think I got them from?
try again
I’ve played a lot of hands of poker also and have noticed some strange patterns in the hands here at Replay Poker like J,2-7 over & over or A-2-5 over & over Another thing I’ve noticed is Folding a bad hand and the card you needed is the next card turned mutable times? these things happening are not random? And dose reflect badly on what would otherwise be a well put together Poker Website… It really takes the strategy out of the game… Making good play bad and rewarding poor play… I mean most tables are played here, Are like Kids Playing War, not poker?.. Being a kind of Poker addict I have change my regular play and found a bit of success but still, the random card draw here is not normal?..
I’m assuming you mean in general, and not at Replay specifically, given you only just started playing here?
The play at low stakes is crazy for sure, and not really like anything you’ll find anywhere else, so it does encourage some unique strategies as exploits. It does get better as you go up in stakes, but almost everyone is here is going to prioritize enjoyment over playing theoretically correct. There’s plenty of players here that do manage to find a decent balance of both, mostly they seem to playing MTT’s and not ring games though.
FWIW, people have looked at the cards dealt before, and no-one has ever provided statistically significant evidence of any bias.
Well I have played a lot of Replay over the last 6 or 8 months or so. And as I have watched the algorithm play on. I would notice quite often getting like tease cards to call flops. Sometimes have bomb hands that shouldn’t have lost but somehow replay breaks you down and lose. I have bought chips had built up to over 50 mill and in a slight blink of an eye lost it. I just love getting on the tables and when you look at some of their profiles and they have like 100 mil in chips but are playing on an 800,000 table. Sure they can call the ever so slight odds of catching the one single card to make their hand when if you were on a real table you know they would eventually be leaving with their heads down. But doesn’t mean anything they have 100 mil in the bank so they take a long shot and bankrupt you on their hit. Over the last month or so. After some pretty bad beats. I plainly said I am not purchasing any more chips to play here. I will only play with the free ones and thats all. When I loose my roll. Well lost the roll today. I know replay is in business to make money. But I believe their is a random seed that is placed in players that purchase chips to loose their chips to wind up buying more. I went on a competetors sight earlier and played some omaha hi and won a million chips. I will come around every now and then and join a tournament. But as far as spending any more on chips. I’m done with that. Plus whats up with the lame 2500 a day for chips. Thats not even enough to get in any decent games with decent enough players. Those games is all about all in. Sorry Replay was fun for a while. But your algorithm lost you a customer. And don’t tell me it doesnt exist. It does. I will stop in every now and then but i am on to find other poker sights ones that is more like the randomization you get at a live table.
I have no problem at replay Poker. I use it with my AI Poker Coaching training software as well. I win tournaments all the time get to the final table and bring in chips daily.
I think then it’s time for you to move up.
When I play live it is usually a table of 4. Here I prefer a table of 9. This will greatly alter the odds of pocket pairs, flushes, straights etc. If you are playing 9 person tables you must take the altered odds into consideration.
fairness debate lives on!
fair play to ya jwd44tx you obviously know something is wrong I cannot remember when I came out on top since this “merger” I have witnessed a lot of “unknowns” for want of a better printable word! Recently over the last 4 weeks, I have had idiots go all in with 2 9 o and win I had a big big pot a week back where I had a full house after the flop someone went all in so I did they had a pair of aces turn came down ACE river came down ACE …In another game, a very similar incident where the opposing player needed 2 certain cards what happened he/she got both on turn and river my kicker if bigger than someone else’s what happens the river gives their lower kicker the win if I have lower there higher wins in one game this site states that there can never be the same deal which thinking about it yes but that does not take into account individual hands dealt because if it did then there statement would be rubbish as I have had the exact same 2 cards dealt 3 times in a row b4 today but that doesn’t count like I say individual hands blows that statement off the face of the Earth I sat on a table for what 20 minutes b4 I finally got dealt a card higher than 9 and timings why does it seem my cards are always out of sync? what I mean is I will bet and lose and 1 of 2 things happens the next set of cards I get will either have won the game b4 or guaranteed 8 out of ten times they would have won next hand or the hand I had b4 would win this, Not been 1 for numbers (we despise each other) I counted 11 times that quads hit the table in a tournament that I alone witnessed so I’m sure that there would have been more on other tables does that happen in casinos or anything surely not? The amount of people that complain at the tables is getting more each day and I think some have cause to sound there frustrations only for Replay to step in and punish said player but hold on a minute some times I see and some times I think yep replay screwed you out of that hand the amount of rubbish that wins is getting ludicrous If I bet suited cards 99% of the time I won’t see my suit on the table if I have pairs doesn’t matter what I have some one got higher or if lower hits trips if I get dealt high cards the flop goes low if I get low the flop goes high and I’m gobsmacked that my straight lost to an 8 flush I think So yes I understand what your saying but I BEG TO DIFFER about the site been fixed I think its more to do with the sites logistics and finally to prove the point more yesterday or day b4 I sat on a table of 9 and watched 1 player get Dealt the following base cards AA KK AA QQ 22 ,5, HANDS WHICH HIT EVERY TIME in a matter of 8/9 hands dealt so yes every player can give very similar stories I’m sure but this is across the board and seriously needs looking at in premium games it happens league games it happens so yes I agree with most of what you say and b4 you all start giving grief Im not moaning or having a go or anything negative I’m pointing out a few FACTS about REPLAY that has started to get to frequent since .org took over
This change in the RNG has been my biggest complaint. I only started noticing it in the last 5 years. Btw, there was a major change to the look and feel on Replay 5 years ago.
Coincidence? Btw, I don’t believe in coincidences.
I’ve noticed this stuff way before merge and look & feel from 5 years ago.
I can’t even begin tell you how many times cards I need, show up on next hand.
there was one time I counted 18 times I was suited and every time they flopped any suit but one I had.
I would say 99% of the time, its always the wrong suit. other 1%, I will flop a flush draw but never get it on turn/river. or I’ll actually it, but someone just so happens to have a high flush.
same with straights. seems like only time I hit, is to try get me to pass on my chips someone else.
Well, my very first post was in this thread that I thought something was off. I think the next 4 years I kept seeing Quads every session which I played which is an abnormal occurrence for me. I still see them but not every session probably because I’ve cut back on my playing time. I’ve always felt that Quads would occur about 2% of the time which to me means, I’d NEVER see them.
Honestly, everyone should have been noticing this stuff for forever, since none of it is unexpected or surprising (ignoring the hyperbolic percentages)
The people saying that the RNG isn’t rigged aren’t saying it because they never see this stuff happen, it’s because it happens to them all the time on every site and in person.
If you can’t deal with that, you’re playing the wrong game.
ty for the replies and yes it was noticed b4 but only more evident since coming back to replay after 18 months away and ty confirming that others witnessing things as well saves my 1 braincell going into overdrive lol ty all
