Has anyone else had a problem, finding a seat at a table? When I log on and go to the lobby, and see a seat open they are full. I have been having to go through each table to find a seat. Anyone else having that problem?
Hi @don309,
It is possible that as you were entering the table, some players got in just seconds before you did so by the time you got in, the table is already full. I suggest refreshing the lobby before you enter the game, to make sure the numbers are up to date. If the lobby hasn’t refreshed, it might show that there are empty seats when they have actually just recently been taken.
The site seats players in the order that they get in. We have tons of games available running at the same time, so you should be able to find another one if the table you’re on is already full.
I hope that helps.
I’ve noticed this occurring frequently joining SnG games. I’ve chalked it up to a system delay.
The lobby screen can be a bit behind the action, and sometimes extremely out of date, showing games that aren’t even running anymore, etc. Refreshing should fix it.
I saw this today on SNG lobby too. 3 players waiting. Then many times for only a short moment 6 waiters to see and then 3 again. On opening the lobby of this SNG was then 9 players there, on big lobby only 3. There is sure something wrong.
Mine is fixed some how, after 2 weeks. I would see a seat open, and find the table full. Go back to the lobby and still said a seat open. Than I would go through full tables and find a seat in one
One of the SNGs changed now in 1 sec. from 3 to 9 players on table, and on table they played in this moment the 3. hand. There goes all wrong what only can be.
Just the other day, looking to get into a ring game and saw 1/6 on one table so I clicked on it.
The player wasn’t there.
That’s my usual cue to refresh so I did refresh.
Then the same table with the same player that wasn’t there the last time came up again.
So, my curiosity made me click the repeating scenario again only to see that player not there.
As you say, “Refreshing should fix it”
It’s actually the first time that I ever saw a refresh not work.
