4th day I have played in a row and this site keeps crashing on me during the middle of a tournament.
Crashed on me 2x in same tournament-I was chip leader heads up when it crashed 2nd time.
Anyone know of any other sites that is more reliable?
Ok, re-play–please hire some smart computer ppl. n fix these problems…
Define crashed: Did it freeze up? In which case click F5. Did it totally quit and go blank? Try a different browser like Brave: Brave Browser Download | Brave
And lastly, contact support directly and they will reimburse you for lost chips.
