REQUEST: High-Buy In, Deep Stack MTT

At present I only know of the “Deep & Slow” MTT, which is 5k starting chips with 1 rebuy or add-on at the first break. The 1M tournaments are typically 5k as well, which is nice. But I’d still really like to see a format like D&S available at a higher buy-in.

I think lots of people would play, and it would be a fun change of pace. A lot of us who play the higher limit stuff enjoy getting a little (or a lot) out of line and making plays post-flop, which is easier to do when you have a big stack.

There are already plans for more Elite Stake MTT in the schedule. The format could lean towards Deep Stack.

Hopefully they continue to gain traction; so far I’ve even skipped a couple because there were so few entrants. I will keep trying to spread the word!
