**Not sure why you juxtapose this with giving positive feedback, but, (dammit, there’s that but again… there’s ALWAYS a but) ** I am not sure what you mean by addressing the dislikes I mean, sure, if one does a survey and there is some aspect of the site that is universally disliked then that would be a dislike that it would be wise to address (with change), but the odd one off dislike of one or two players are like opinions and buts(there’s ALWAYS a but ) everyone has one and they all stink!

Nope, don’t care if folks pay or not… was a conditional statement… IF you dont pay AND you want change THEN maybe CONSIDER financial support. Don’t care about criticism either unless it is not justified (ie: “the staff doesn’t respond”)

Pleasant is subjective and a matter of opinion and I stand by my previously stated opinion regarding opinions (and buts… (there’s ALWAYS a but )) …perhaps user configurable sounds would be a better way to describe what you are referring to… players do currently have the option to turn off sounds in the settings menu.

I agree with you on this one also (we are on a roll ) Have you noticed that the quantity and denominations of the chips displayed are accurate to the amounts of the bets and pot??? I think the chips graphics are unnecessary but I like the attention to detail.

I don’t think any of those should be the default, someone coming in whose only seen poker on the TV probably wants an experience that make it feel “real”, but it would great if we had the option

More buttons for bet sizes. All-in isn’t needed, (you can just move the slide far right), but 33%, 75%, 125% or thereabouts would be welcome additions)

I don’t think this would actually help… one can reasonably approximate those pot percentages and type the bet in the box. That would be more of a convenience than anything else.

The buttons for pre-flop sizes should be in big blinds, 2, 2.5, 3, not 1/2 pot, pot, etc.

That makes sense although clicking on the slider bar moves the slider in BB increments.

Time bank - If the time bank fills based on how quickly people act, it gives people an incentive to act quickly when they have a trivial decision, but also time to fully contemplate difficult decisions.

Ok,… so obviously I was trying to have a little fun with this, and I hope you take it in the spirit it was offered. You seem to have some considered suggestions some of which I agree would enhance the player experience here at Replay Poker. I don’t think anyone could read your reply as malicious, so no need to worry about that - my post was also supposed to be light hearted.

To expand on my points, one at a time though, what I mean by solid color deck is just a simplified design that easily readable, for example:

On more bet sizing buttons - I think this is more than a convenience. (Post flop at least, I agree pre-flop it’s not that important). Say your in a spot were you decide you think you should bet big, around 2/3 to 3/4 pot. First you have to figure out what each of those sizes are, then work out what the stack to pot ratio will be for each, decide on which you prefer and then enter that amount. That takes a fair amount of time and mental energy, a lot of which can be saved if you can just click a button and see what each bet size is. If it’s a tough decision whether to bet in the first place, then you can easily start to run out of time.
Take a note next time you play of how many times you see a bet size that isn’t 1/2 or full pot. Those are rarely the ideal sizes, but those are the buttons we have so it’s what people default to. I would hope that with more easy option people might think about there bet sizes a bit more.
If nothing else, it would speed the game up a bit any time someone is not using the 1/2 or full pot sizes.

Assuming you are referring to a dislike of not enough button choices for bet size, the great thing Replay has is the option to type in our bet size in NL games, which makes it exactly like live play. GL at the tables

Right, except in live play you don’t have a strict time limit on your actions.
I’m not suggesting that Replay is broken or unplayable - although I gave up on ever playing the lightning tables after timing out entering bets a few times. I was just giving an example of a complaint that if addressed would improve things for most people.

Also, I’m expecting any of these to be implemented or even for a response, it’s just an interesting forum discussion as far as I’m concerned.

Having said that, if I could get any feature added it would be a time bank. If, for example, you could get 1 second of time bank for every 10 seconds of the standard time you don’t use on your turn, you give people an incentive to make their trivial decisions faster. If you normally act quickly, then you earn the time you need to contemplate the really big decisions that come up from time to time.

I generally like the site and the players. What I don’t particularly like is the cancellation of satellite tourneys, when we are needing 1 player, a second or two after the starting time, when there is still time for late registrations. Cancel at the end of the late registration period.

I’ve been on replay since 2018 and I absolutely don’t like the achievment system on this site, it’s becaise I think that some of them are the impossible for every players BUT replay poker is still the very best of the best site ever! We guys need normal aproach to achieve things in game

I would be happy to pay Replay $10 a month to play but they won’t accept it. On the other hand I really dislike buying chips. I want my chip stack to be earned not purchased. So I am left with a quandry.

Hi Larry,
I think you misunderstood lihiue… I believe he is not looking for a four color deck, he is looking for a simplified card with enlarged characters, like this:

I concur. It’s a minor thing, but still it sometimes throws off my timing. I know there is a reason why they do that, but it would be nice if they could somehow slow it down. I take notes on some players, especially ones that aren’t too friendly and ones who go all in almost every hand, but while I’m in the middle of noting their style and their attitude the site will change real quick and I can’t finish what I’m writing. Other than that, I really enjoy the game and the good people I get to talk to on this site. Ciao.

For the most part no complaints. I don’t like crowded slow tables so i’ll open a new table…more times than not someone sits in and does nothing then sits out…why join a table if you’re not going to play? A nice feature for opening a table is to let the person opening it determine how many are seated. I know there’s a private table option but you have to invite friends of which I have none or provide a link which i’m not sure who you would provide that too other than friends

This is a great idea IMO!

I think many players on RP are older and would benefit a lot.

Playing multiple tables would be advantageous with an easier to read display!

This site has slowly got worse over the years since 2015. There is very few changes on the site that I would say are improvements… Disappointing!
