What I like most about the site is the wide variety of tournaments and events, and I also find the interface accessible and pleasant. I don’t have anything specific in mind to say “I don’t like”
Well, I discovered Replay in 2014 and have been here on and off ever since. I have changed screen names a few times, you know, build a fortune, then go bust. Had 50 mill chips when the site froze i9n what I call “The big Freeze out of 2022” Then lost it all, took 8 months off.
What I like about replay is the fact that you are playing against people from all over the world. It is just so interesting getting to know them, asking questions about their country etc.
And the staff, they always get back to you pretty much right away with any questions or issues you may have. That goes a long way.
What is wrong with the Lobby? I find it easy to navigate …what are the changes you think it needs?

My main dislike has to do with the site function rather than actual play. When perusing the lobby the site resets making me lose track of what I am trying to read. I know this is probably off topic but, being a programmer of 40 + years I do know there is a solution, please find it.

ha pilot my only grip is the time allotted when joining a tournament 15 minutes is way to long. should be shorted to 5-10 thats my only grippe other than that best site on internet. keep up the good work
First let me welcome bighandz and beruriemoir to our community. It is nice to have you with us. I also want to thank you all for your input to this question. Some of you like the different games on RP for different reasons like the fact that we all get to talk to people all over the world and RP has a variety of tournaments and events which it appears that some of you like as well as the efficiency of the staff when you have a problem. On the other hand, some of you have a different opinion of RP and dislike it for different reasons such as the time allotted for players, (15 minutes), is too long a time, it should be made shorter to like 5 to 10 minutes, and also a complaint about the site function. The likes out weigh the dislikes. I want to thank you all for your input about this subject. I will see you all on the tables…
Great site, LOVE 7 stud and especially 7 stud hi low as most cash sites and casinos seldom have it and it is fun to play no matter for real or here:)…Great promos (except that step ticket one lol )…Could do without the recent freezing, lagging etc…I give the site a B+
I don’t get why the site promotes no-limit for Omaha/8 so much? O8 is a game where starting hands run close to each other, so it makes no sense for pre-flop to be no-limit. There’s a good reason pretty much every other site does pot-limit for big-bet O8. When you have people raise 20x big blind a lot, it makes the game play unnecessarily bigger. At least in NLHE, you can wait for a premium hand to go all-in, but in O8 even in the best hands are just 60/40 favorites over an average hand.
At the least I think O8 tourneys should be ML instead of NL.
I have been back to Replay after playing for about a year on another app.
The reason I came back is because of the smaller venue. I like the fact that the tournaments are reasonable in size - like a real brick and mortar poker house. Other poker sites are ridiculous with every tournament feeling like a Main Event with over a thousand players. I like that I can get in a 15-50 player tournament and have a real game. We have the occasional “all-in” bandit chasing every hand, but there are a lot fewer here than those other sites.
I also am enjoying the new PKO tournament. Hopefully that will continue to expand.
I am curious as to the new phone app, which only plays cash and sngs, on whether tournament play will be added at some point. It too needs a redesign to make it a standard portrait instead of landscape. I actually prefer to play on the computer and even utilize the standard web interface on my phone versus the app, but having a fully operational app would be nice.

All of you, bill888, ColbyRoad, BridgeHack, RowdyRudy, Geqqo, captOV and River_Runner, have made some good points with respect to your likes and dislikes of the RP site. For the most part, it appears that there are more likes than the dislikes of the site, which I am happy to hear. I want to thank you all for your responses to this topic. See you on the tables.
Dislikes…a lag that comes and goes, but is getting better…Not being able to see hand results…especially when players are all in. Seems like it fast forwards to the next hand, and will not show the hand results in the chat box. There are times you lay down a hand that you possibly could have won with because of the all in bet, and you’ want to see the turn/river/showdown to see if you would have hit or not, but the hands fly by and you don’t get to see the result.
There are some issues when tables load up, lapses when tables start. There are times I have been passed over on a blind I didn’t even get to play. This is minor issues to me. So I will expand a lil bit.
Hi Fellow players, I love hold em poker. I started when it hold em first came online years ago. Think it was poker stars, they had real money tables. Our state, etc gov decided online gambling is illegal then it was banned in this state. Came to replay a few years ago and started with nl hold em tables. The players can be quiet, non existent in chat and just click. When I come to a table I see 8 players that I would like to play, know and learn from or help if need be. For anyone having issues with anger management, probably not good place to be when you lost a good hand. But on the other side of the table I will support in any way. I’m retired at 67 and coming to this social forum does help, poker I love and the players I have met here have become close to me and another reason to play is just to be part of something than just clicking my keyboard. To all that play here, be kind, respectful and don’t play like its free and no repercussion. Learn , love and grow your skills! To you players who care and show kindness thank you, your sunshine’s every where you go!
