I have been playing this for many many months, for a lot of money and never had a problem. The money has been taken out of my checking account by you.

Thanks for your note and sorry for the trouble purchasing chips. We’re currently investigating this as one other person has also reported the same issue this afternoon. We’ll get this figured out and the chips added to your account asap.
