We just tested the code for today, December 4th which is STOCKING and it’s working. If you’re having issues redeeming the promo code, can you please provide the following, so we can troubleshoot?

Your timezone
Promo Code you’re trying to redeem
The exact time you’re entering

I got the Code for today (Stocking) at German time 1:00 am (ET: Tuesday 7:00 pm). The code was not active. At 7:37 am my time i tried again, the Code was active, and i got 2000 chips + one 7.5k ticket.
Yesterday the same, the code was there active at 6:00 am my time.

Hi @Poki65,

Thanks for providing more information. If you’re using STOCKING on German Time 1:00 am December 4th, that is 7:00 pm December 3rd in US Eastern Time so it’s not active yet. New Promo Codes get activated at 12:01 am US Eastern Time.

I’m in the US Eastern Time zone and I’ve been redeeming my codes every night right at midnight when it goes into the new day. The promo code has always went from not active at 11:59pm to active right at midnight for me with no issues. I think the issue folks are having is the next day’s promo code will appear on the daily promo code page before it actually will work. I’m not sure what time the page switches over but it’ll come up well before midnight for me here.

I dont think you can use previous daily codes. I tryed day one and day two codes and got the " The code is not Active"". Can Anyone else confirm this?

That’s correct @Antonio77722. Each daily code will only work for that day from midnight to midnight us eastern time.

Yes, refer to chipsmama’s reply above. It varies by Time Zone.
