Please trim off unneeded stuff, which is a lot! The play at Solar Eclipse today was just AWFUL, not the players, but the fact it kept freezing up on everyone, which makes for NO fun and NO fair. I"m assuming there is just too much going on for your server to handle it, so please trim off as much as possible so when we’re playing…the MOST important thing, everything goes well. Thanks.

I’ve said it many times already. Give players the option to TURN OFF things like Endorsement, Missions and lots of other new unnecessary features etc. I’m sure giving players the option to turn off these “unneeded stuff” cant hurt and might possibly help the site run more smoothly.

I’m always a fan of providing option’s for all of us, as we all are like snowflake’s and different in many ways!! However, I believe and could be wrong that this outage was more of a hardware issue and catastrophic for at least 2 hours. I am sure everyone will receive all refunds due during the issue. We do have a Great support team!!

Frankly i’m sick to death of the excuses.Yesterday was terrible,if the techs can’t fix these issues get people who can for Petes sake!

I totally understand your frustration, However without knowing what the issue’s root cause was and I’m not even qualified to suggest, the tech team or anyone be replaced. For all we know the root cause could be out of the tech teams control, third party cloud servers, needed equipment and who knows how many other possibilities there are. I am sure Replay will continue working hard to improve the sites reliability

Thank you Litenin for the response, Replay DOES have a great support team. The options are fun, I was just grumpy yesterday since I had a decent shot at winning the tourney, 3rd was cool, but I was annoyed the way it went late in the tourney. Certainly I hardware issue, no bad feelings, heck it’s free after all. Have a great day!
