Friday night the gloves came off and 27 warriors entered mortal combat texas hold’em style. Stories were told, wings were eaten, Pocket Aces were treated quite rudely. In the end Alan @abahog took control and delivered the winning blow. @Bradspam and his cat nearly pulled off a back to back but came in 2nd. @_snowman raked up the early rounds but ended up third and @mrzick heated up after a cold deck early to melt the competition in 4th. fun game tonight see you all soon

I WAS NOT GOING TO REPLY, but Mike you are starting a new league so there is that opportunity to explore your vision. I try hard to be a good player and this Nordic Warriors is a great test to my skills and at a higher buy in that I usually do. This league has so many super stars and regardless of ranking are friendly, helpful and funny, even the kitty that plays, lol.
However, I understand the need to add to the regular suspects in order to grow and expand, but understand I am a skinflint and hate losing chips, you must go with the majority, and I will be there somehow. Thank you for your understanding.

What a night 23 warrior entered Odin’s area and tap house for poker and drinks. And what fun it was the final four was an epic show down. Lead by @xxSherryxx and @Sue13 the two grinded down to heads up and put on a show before @xxSherryxx got the upper hand and won leaving @sue in a strong second. @jobe2010 was grinding from the opening hand and when the smoke cleared he was 3rd. and @0ctoberRusT showed the warriors how the top ranked players do it finishing 4th. Great game on to round two.

Saturday night round 2. While the field wasn’t the largest, the final table particularly the final 4 might have been one of the most furious battles in recent memory. @MrFish68 and @jujube squared off in the end. Both throwing massive haymakers and watching AA get cracked then 77 get counterfeited, fittingly enough in the end it was decided by a kicker and @MrFish68 won the decision and @jujube had nothing to be ashamed of finished second in an classic. @Coltz joined the fray clawing back from the brink several times to finish 3rd, and Bodie the @donkbusta444 might have been the bubble boy but played an inspired game. @jobe2010 and @southwestmba made both final tables tonight. If you want high quality edge of your seat poker look no further than Nordic Warriors Congrats winners!!!

Tuesday night sinister forces descended on the poker room, internet connections and power outages everywhere and in the darkness only @BR001 showed no fear waiting to draw them in and seeing the whites of their eyes to strike for the win, @_Rain was found at the scene of the heads up crime in 2nd, @jobe2010 learned how silence and patience directed his way to 3rd, @MrFish68 sold out madison square garden and made a 4th place finish. Great game.

Nordic Warriors Poker:
Friends, valor, and competition. Play hard let the emotions overflow at times but remember the poker gods will turn the table eventually. The champion will eventually become the vanquished, Trip Aces will fall to a river Flush, but those who can laugh about it afterwards once the sting wears off are friends and keep you coming back for more.
