I lost 2 hands tonight because there were 5 kings in 1 hand and 5 queens in another. are you using more than 1 deck in those games

Hi bobalong, I can assure you we do not have too many or too few cards of any rank in the deck and we only use a single 52 card deck.
If you could please PM me some more details of when you think this happened, such as Table name or what your hole cards were, perhaps we can investigate?
@whoeverit, I agree it is highly unlikely, but worth looking into because it could be a Flash issue.

Extra kings and queens are not so much of a problem…it is the extra aces that tend to throw off my game…
