Hi all, fussyoldlady here…While playing a ring game on Saturday, 8/29/24 in the late hours of the evening, (probably between 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm) one card was dealt to me in my hand that appeared to be a misprint! It read as an 18 0f clubs! I would like a Moniter to check hand number 1176976559 to see if my eyes deceive me!, lol…has anyone else experienced anything like that??
I replayed the hand and did not see anything out of the ordinary

Hi fussyoldlady, 
Only you and support staff can see your hole cards during a replay unless you go to showdown. What you can do is replay the hand yourself and take a screenshot of the misprint if it happens again and post the picture. You can also email support@replaypoker.com with the hand number and they will check it out. Hope this helps.

Probably the only way to get a paid staff member to review the hand is to report it to support. This is just a forum for members to chat about poker in general although I do believe some staff do monitor some of the forums. No one here can see your cards but you can if you replay the hand yourself.

As you can see, we cannot see your cards. Have you replayed the hand yourself yet? If the misprint shows up in the replay then I would report it to support. They can see your cards. Perhaps it was just a momentary glitch. I am sorry I seem to be of such little help to you.

If you’re using Windows10 search for the Snippet Tool in the Search Box and then Google how to use it and you’ll then be able to take a screen shot and post it as Das32343 has suggested.
I just use Ctrl+Prtscr and then edit in Paint or Paint3d.
Ctrl+Prtscr takes a screenshot and puts it on the clipboard. Paste it into your favorite photo editing software or just paste it directly into your post.

I like quick and easy but not with all things I do.
2 steps:
(1) Ctrl+Prtscr then (2) Ctrl+v into forum post.
I edit 'cause I like my “circles and arrows and a paragraph on each one…”
And, I always like your arrows. It’s like you use an arrow template or something.
