Lost account 2

I had an account on here. I was just logged in not more then a few weeks ago. I tried to log into the account and it continually said I had the wrong username/password. I know I had all the information right. So using my email as user I tried to reset my password. Which was successful. I was able to log in. However, all my chips are gone. I had well over half a million chips. Now I have 500. How do I get my original account back?

Please send details of lost account stating the username and any other details such as previous change of name to support@replaypoker.com and they will look into it for you.

I too had the same problem on my Iphone app. It will not let me log in. I can only play on desktop or by using an email from Replay Poker.

You can contact support from the dashboard by clicking the question mark logo within a circle:

In addition to using the question mark button and then clicking on “contact us”, you can also email direct,… support@replaypoker.com is an email address.

In my experience they are highly responsive. You will need to check your email anyway as the response to communications via the question mark button are to the email address on your account.
