Just do it!

In the event of a “tie”, what is(are) the determining factors for deciding how chips are to be split up?(if at all) It has been my experience that it depends on what table you are playing.e.g. I have a pr of k’s w/J. you have K’s w/ 9. on some tables we would split the pot. on other tables we would not. I don’t care how the pot distribution is determined, just do it the same at all tables.

C’mon ppl learn the rules. You have seven cards(two in hand and five at table) to make best combination. You can win(and split ofc) without two cards in ur hands .

Sometime thats not showing at table but in chat box dealer always write how chips is distributed and I never saw mistakes.

True, sometimes you can not see that right. Than it looks if only one player wins, but in the chat box it shows right.

Than about the split pot. Sometimes it is difficult to see, not always the highest kicker wins, it can be a split pot.

The winning hand. In Texas Hold’em the winning hand is the highest five card hand. It can be made from any combination of the two personal cards held by the players and the five community cards. In some cases the highest five card hand is made by using the five community cards. If players have the same winning hand, the pot will be split.

Example:

You have K5 Other K2

On board K Q 10 8 3

You both have pair K The best hand you can make is KKQ108 The best hand the other can make is KKQ108 It will be a split pot.

You have K9 Other K4

On board K Q 10 8 3

The best hand you can make is KKQ109 The best hand the other can make is KKQ108 Than you win.

Greetings Happiness.

Happiness, I know we have a visual problem that still needs to be fixed when someone bets and everyone folds, but what’s the visual problem you mentioned above “True, sometimes you can not see that right. Than it looks if only one player wins, but in the chat box it shows right.” - please can you explain.

If it is a split pot, 2 player get chips.

Often you see only that one player get it over the table, the other player get it, but it dont show on table (that goes invisible)

Strange, can you think of any pattern as to when it happens, and what % of split pots this happens? Is it 50%, 10%, 1%? Any clues might help track down the culprit!

Maybe i found it.

Replay a hand with a split pot if the seats (players) are in the original order. What is always when you replay a hand.

Than play it again but turn the table a few seats when the hand start.

Than you see it.

I dont understand. When you play real poker in Vegas. They dont split the pot, so, why does online poker do it?

When 2 players have the same hand in real poker i think they split too.

Well, I have seen alot of real poker and I have never seen 2 players have the same hand.

easy. AAAAK on the table. This is the easiest to explain same hand.

Can be two pair or even less.

Can be pocket AA or KK for both players.

its a zillion possibility for split pots.
