MTTs with buy-ins of 10,000 through 25,000 have been converted to HTML5. We anticipate the rest of the stakes to roll out tomorrow, with the exception of tournaments with rebuys, and the Replay Team Championship tables.
We have many plans to improve these tables, both to make the player experience smoother, and to finally add features that have been frequently requested for years. One of the reasons the Flash tables were stable is that Flash is incredibly difficult to edit. When developers make feature changes to a product, it can occasionally cause a hiccup elsewhere – such as the four-color deck issue we had over the weekend.
Because of this, the tables have been stagnant for a long time, and that’s something that has needed to change. Even if Flash wasn’t coming to an end this year, it’s important for Replay Poker to keep up with current technology, and be able to act on player suggestions. Common community suggestions can now be considered and added – hand for hand, viewing and muting spectators, and time banks being a few to look at.
We’re optimistic that the additional data we’ve been gathering will help players with performance issues they’ve been having. We are acting on your feedback, and have improvements in the works, as our COO, Shakeraise, has highlighted in this post.
Thanks so much for both your feedback and patience on this. Some of these improvements may take some time, but the team is hard at work to provide you with both a stable and adaptable way for you to play social poker.
