How do you play lucky 8's?

i see a multiple table tournament in the lobby called lucky 8’s is it regular Texas holdem or what if any are the rules different…i played in a royal tournament not knowing the rules …so i would like to be prepared for anything different…Please advise…thank you

Great question. Lucky 8s is regular Texas Hold’em, so the rules aren’t any different. The tournament itself is just structured to be focused around 8s – 8,888 buy-in, 3,888 starting chips, 188,888 prize pool, and 8 seats at the tables.
