How do i get a second Killer Bee table to open? There is only one

Of all the tables, there is only one Killer Bee open. How do we open a second Killer Bee table?

Untick the box “Hide Empty Tables” (upper at the lobby page) and all empty tables appears. Than you can open an empty table and take a seat.
