Help required

Hi everyone,
Can anyone help my friend.He can log into replay but when he attempts to join a table all he gets is a spinning blue circle. He has tried a couple of ways to get in ( browsers) still no luck.
As this is a non-downloaded site, surely he shouldn’t be having these problems ?

Hi Shady,

Does your friend have to latest version of Adobe Flash? If not this could be the problem. If your friend does have it my suggestion would be to download and reinstall Flash.

Your friend can also try using a different browser. If the problem persists please tell your friend to email support at Support@ReplayPoker.com as they will be able to assist your friend further.

Hi Shady,
It could be an Adobe Flash problem. Right now Replay Poker won’t work on any devices that don’t support Flash such as cell phones and tablets. If he’s having trouble from his PC or laptop he should update Flash. From the Dashboard or Lobby page ask him to click his avatar (top right corner of the page). From the drop down list select Help Center. Once the help center page displays he should click on Installing and Updating Adobe Flash Player. Hopefully this is all he needs. Hi Marc,
Thanks for your response, I did mention to him about Adobe Flash and he did update it, still has problems.
I also suggested he try different browsers to get in Replay. He can get in there but once he is in he can see the lobby but then everything freezes and he can’t open tables, all he gets is the spinning blue circle.
A bit of a headache really.
If you can think of anything to resolve it other than the above, I would appreciate it.

Can you read my reply to Marc978 please? that explains the current situation with this problem.
The problem is from his pc, He did update flash but I’m not sure if he went via the dashboard. Would that make a difference ?

Sounds to me like the browser settings and/or security software don’t allow to run Flash or the plugin at all. I’d suggest to check the plugin/add-on settings in the browser or whitelist Flash in the security software (or unblock the plugin). Some browsers require the Flash plugin to be whitelisted for every site. Not sure if this helps but I had a similar problem, and since I’m rather paranoid re: security I had to tweak a few settings before it worked.

Also when the RP window opens have a look in the top right corner (right of the web address). Some browsers show you if plugins have been blocked, and which.

Good morning Shady. It’s an easy fix. Have him uninstall Adobe flash and restart his machine. Reinstall flash and have him restart his machine.

He will be good to go. Sometimes the newer updates don’t install over the old versions.

I run Windows 10 Creators Edition and Edge Browser and all is well on the site.

I had put this in another thread somewhere but forgot where.

When I first came to replay I had the same problem , I had to down load chrome and once I did that and used chrome to sign in once it fixed the problem, keep in mind some times a fire wall can prevent you from opening something and also check your pop up blocker as a table opening can be similar to a pop up. It says plugin blocked on my end and I can still open a table. Hope chrome works for your friend. Doll :slight_smile:
