In regards to the last Lightning Pairs game, Buddyweiser sat out most of the game at Table 2. After reviewing the fine print, we have decided that this action will result in him being placed in last place, regardless of where he finished once he went blind. This increases the number of points that the remaining players at the table will receive. In accordance with this rule, the last Lightning Pairs posting has been rectified. Here is an updated version.

Time to think about the next Season of Jenny & Phil’s Dynamic Duos. Please let us know if you wish to put in a new team or if your team from last Season is returning to battle it out again. We ask that team members be restricted to three.
The Playoffs at the end will continue, and Bill is going to approach Replay about added chips for those games.
We are planning to get the new Season under way on Sunday 31st August so we would like to know how many teams we have so we can sort out what format we will use.
Registration cut-off will be Tuesday 26th August.
Please let us know your team details as soon as possible.

After a long battle on table 1, the result today in the Lightning Pairs is a TIE between Mystics and Mentors. Congratulations to both the Teams. Munchers weren’t to far away considering they only had 2 players.

After a very tough battle on Table 2 ( although I think they are all tough but table 2 went at it longer), Monk’s Mentors prevailed for the last game of the month. Congratulations to the MENTORS.
