I’ve been knocking on the front door for the last ten minutes. I am getting tired from trying to hold on to all of this beer. Let me get at some of those clams and peppers and I will gladly pop the tops on as many beers as we want/need.

EZ Breakfast Casserole

Prep = 5 Min.
Bake = 40 Min. @ 350
Spread frozen Hash Browns in 9 x 13
Mix 4 or 6ish eggs, Enough Milk, Few spoons of Pancake mix.
Top with? Ham, Bacon, and or…
Pour Egg mix, Cover in Cheddar & bake.
Salsa on top maybe.

My second love is poker… my first love is FOOD.

Warlmart wanted an ungodly sum for ribeye but this chuck eye was only $7 and had some pretty nice marbling <3

Mashed sweet potatoes, mushrooms, & creamed spinach with garlic for sides

Made a little dark gravy with the pan jus, soy sauce, tomato paste, Montreal seasoning

Can’t say I’m displeased with the results :smirk:
