Is it possible to transfer all my chips from an old user to a new one?
Yes contact support at support@replaypoker.com and tell them your new name you want to use and they will transfer your chips and friends.

@2ree2 and @Tiggyxxx sorry for the confusion, but we do not allow players to transfer chips between accounts or have the ability to transfer your friends for you to a new one.
