tables were rebalanced an we are not seated at next table. table opens with just 3 players. others waiting
reached final table with same amount of chips, but still not seated!
5 players left. 4 not seated. What the heck?!

I doubt they can when a tour runing, by the time get reported and responded, the tour usually over.
Im sure they refund your buy in, if you ask for it and valid.
