Can the Halloween tourney tickets be used in other tournaments? I have won 2 but only have 1 on my site

You only need one ticket to play the final event and all other tickets you might win player other satellites must be forfeited. Although, if you want to take part to the Halloween Festival tournament leaderboard, you can still compete in other satellite to earn as many points as possible and win a share of 2 Million chips. The 18 best competitors within the week will receive extra chips.
