I think I must be in this conversation somewhere as I feel I am Queen of All In!!! I love this site. If I was thrown out for gowing all in then I would have to question the validity of the game being called poker. This site is FREE if u don’t buy chips but I do purchase the chips because when I am on a table of bluffers (nobody complains about bluffers, right?) then I push and shove to get them to fold when I have a good hand. U can call this tilting if u want, but after awhile I know who bluffs on a game and I want to be able to push back, hence I buy chips. I buy so I can play in the higher limits and I am a terrible player …lol yet love the challenge of a good game with a table of good friends. When folks talk and are considerate with one another on the table then I shove less and enjoy the chatting and often fold more than on a table of aggressive nontalking players. Just my style is all…but I usually have a GREAT hand when I shove all in. Another note here to be discussed is the allins are fun on a rebuy,…in royals, esp…lol. The rebuy games crack me up…everybody shoving to get ahead. This is a fun pastime…it is free and if u want to play professional poker then go to a live game and spend your money there.

my poker experience on replay… I started in the duck pond like most… made a few chips… then moved up to the American games… after about 4 or 5 months of making top 10 on the leader board there. I was invited to play for team pirates inn Dreamweaver’s league… have been there for about 4 years now… my rank in not extremely high… about 10 mil in chips… but I do play in 5 leagues now… I did not get here by not betting my good hands preflop…

Um, not trying to “school” you or anyone. This is a forum where people discuss poker, and offer opinions. If you don’t want opinions, don’t come to the forum?

Peace out.

For good.

It was directed at me so I thought you wanted an answer.

Yes, it’s disgusting and it even happens on 1/2 tables! You’d be surprized how many players bring many more than the clearly established limit of 400 on this level! Clearly they “hack” the system and it’s unfair to those who only get the 2,500 added each day! They’re what i call *BP’s! I can’t use the first letter on this board but the rest stands for “BINGO PLAYERS”! Avoid them at all costs and keep notes so you can identify them!

I fell that you need too learn how to trap aggressive players…

Sounds like you’re referring to Ring games. As I recall, if you leave a Ring game e.g., with 4500 chips as in your example and then re-enter a similar buy-in game within a certain time frame, your 4500 chips will carry over to that game.

Maybe, someone will correct me if I’m incorrect.

if you go back and sit at the same table you will sit with what you left with. If you go to a differest table you have to buy in for whatever the buyin is.

I don’t mind it if someone bets big preflop. You just have to adjust your game which forces you to become a better player. As someone else mentioned in a separate reply, they can’t always have the best hand for both high and low five times in a row. So, what you need to do is bide your time. Assume that the bingo player will bet All In on every preflop. Wait till you have a solid hand either hi, lo, or preferably both, and if you don’t have a hand that you are confident enough to go All In then fold at the ante stage. Once you have a very good hand, then go all in with the bingo player. Most of the time you will walk away having doubled up.

Sorry Charlie BINGO !

Really, can’t make a player play different BUT i know they have FL limit and pot limit games so maybe try those.

I see that a lot too. Most of the time I think players do that because they are tilting and sometimes, mostly in ring games its a good opportunity to score and bank chips, sometimes a lot. Other times like in tourneys yoy see that when players only have a few blinds and antes left, they will go all in back to back to back then level off if they get back into the game. then there are the players I think you are referring to, the “I don’t give a crap It’s Free Poker” all 9in every hand players. Its annoying for sure, especially when you get fed up and call, and they take your chips ! LOL Now that’s really annoying LOL

Yes, indeed.

I don’t enjoy it either, but Replay is cheaper than playing a slot machine. That’s what the constant all-in flop is all about, just my opinion. It’s instant gratification, and chips are inexpensive. Depending on how tired I am, I’ll play around or go all-in to end my play.

I like the option to make bets as I wish, so don’t do FL. I mean, what’s more fun than lying low, and lowering the boom on the river? hehehe … it’s worth putting up with a bit of all-in stuff. :stuck_out_tongue:

For relief, I play the ring game tables, where I feel there is more game play. Thanks for asking.

I was playing on a table with three of us briefly yesterday and one person was having a break and the other went all-in pre flop twice. The third time I just stood up…They left shortly after. Then two more joined and we played normally.
If people are just throwing loads of money at nothing, like a roulette wheel. I don’t play with them. I either wait until I have an excellent hand and catch them out or I leave the table if they continue. I also click on their name and leave a note so I can spot them in future.

I don’t understand this play. If they want free chips, just log in everyday and go and do something else. They soon rack up a lot of chips if that’s what’s important to them. Seems an odd goal to me though… I’m here for the poker. :slightly_smiling_face:

Setting bet minimums and maximums isn’t No Limit, so suggesting that is absurd.

The established limit is the buy in, not how many chips they have in their account.

Yep, that is why this site has FL limit and pot limit, you get to choose no limit poker:).

This is why we have private leagues where players need to be accepted and accountable.

We also have private tables which are invite only.
