Which browser you use? And is it the same when you use another browser? Can you try?

Another member had the same problem, in Google Chrome he could chat in the tournament lobby, but was not able to chat on the table. When he used Firefox all worked well, he could chat in both.
He found the solution, he was missing (it was disabled) a plugin in his settings of Google Chrome. Possible you can solve it this way also,
Go to Google Chrome://plugins and look for Adobe Flashplayer… if it is disabled… enabled it and your chat at the table should work again.
