This is just the past 48 hours and only the ones I remember because they were big pots/knocked me out of a tournament.

THESE ARE NORMAL OCCURRENCES. IT DOES NOT MEAN REPLAY IS RIGGED. STOP WHINING AND GET BETTER AT POKER.

A bad beat here where I live, is defined by losing with AAAJJ or better, and you must have two playable cards in your hand

Yes, I am with you - the term “bad beat” also gets tossed around too loosely! Losing a hand you expected to win isn’t a “bad beat,” it’s a day at the office lol

I flopped top boat years ago at Oaks Card Club in Emeryville… had been engaging in some friendly ribbing with the guy on my right, who was my heads-up opponent on the flop.

I bet, he raised. I said, “I think my hand beats your hand,” and went all-in.

He said, “bro, I really hope so!” and turned over quad 2s.

He won a $400 pot but the bad beat jackpot would have been like $10k at the time, had I made quad aces.

Sadly it did not happen which is why I still drive a Honda Civic
