What everyone else said and be a spectator at a table. Take notes as there are regular players. Stating the obvious, there is only 20 cards available. Six seats means 17 of the 20 cards are in play every hand. It’s about betting and reading your opponent. Otherwise, just dive right in:)

My view of royal is if an opponent needs only one of two or three cards to beat you, one of those opponents probably has it (nearly every card of the 20 is in play).

It is, i am knew to it and bad n just came in first out of 90 people and i honestly won MANY hands by pure luck, sure was not skill, calling all ins with 2 picture cards:).

Nothing can beat a table straight except a royal flush. If there aren’t three board cards of the same suit a royal flush is impossible. Don’t be bluffed into folding to an all in bet in this situation. Damn… I just gave away too much information to the rookies in this game. You’d be surprised how many can still be bluffed out! LOL! :slightly_smiling_face:

Poker 101 …

A fun game I used to enjoy at some point until the BINGOS took over and ruined it. And will continue to do so until there is a rule about how many times you can push all in during a tourney. A limit is needed

Royal for me is the 1st game of the day. UK time just after breakfast, I wish we had more free rolls as I like to play Royal as a rest from Hold’em, Bingo and large raising pre flop players are a pain but with Royal you get a chance to wait and get them. Also more 2.5 K and 5K games to use my tickets. Hopefully this meets with your approval too.

Well played, Bandit! I shall follow your example, but not in that time slot, I fear!
