It’s quite explanatory , as I just missed 20K chips in a tourney I forgot I was into .
i would love to hear a little bell and never ever lose stupidly because I was tired of waitng and did something else to kill time .
But maybe there’s already such a system I wouldn’t be aware of ?

Especially on SnGs. Some of those take a couple of hours to fill.
ha I always gotta be the first one in the lobby, check over and over to see if it fills. leave for a while to go do something and the SnG instantly fills and has already started. I would keep open the tournament tab if you aren’t already doing that.
The harsh fact is that registering for and remembering the start time of a tournament is entirely the player’s responsibility.
This is true but I still think the prior mentioned ding noise or desktop notification could be a good idea. Also SnG don’t really have start times
Yeah, I agree SnGs merit some extra consideration due to not having a set start time
The players have been requesting this for more than ten years. Dont hold your breath waiting!
Actually, I’ve been told by Staff there is a notification bell. You’re supposed to be able to allow it somehow since I never followed up on the instructions. It was too complicated for me so I can’t provide the info. There used to be or is a bell sound at the start of tourneys.
I remember receiving the instructions after I had notified Staff using the (?) which is located in the upper right of most screens. I’d suggest trying this vs waiting for a response in this thread.
I logged onto my Edge browser today and it offered me access to the new Copilot (A.I.) feature which i accepted.
I joined a S&G game and asked it to notify me when the game started. It actually did but the only problem was it kept asking me to reconnect when it was idle after a certain period of time.
Has anyone else tried it?
It comes free with Edge and is there a way around the reconnect issue. I asked if there was a way to stay connected and its response was it’s a site issue to save resources.
Nice when the tournament lobby goes sleeping after register. And no wonder why so many players miss their registered SNGs.
Nice today: A SNG was running without players, lool.
On tournament lobby was the players to see. SNG lobby is far near reality.
On SNG lobby wait 2 players, tournament lobby shows 4 players on this table, they had waited 1 minute for start, and play the 4. hand.
Lobby stopped to save the filters last week. I look to mid buy in on SNG, and after refresh, many times needed because wrong, it shows me then high buy in, and i have to filter new.
Not nice this all.
As english isn’t my native language , I think I wasn’t accurate enough .
As other players guessed , I was specifically referring to the Sit and Go games, which don’t have a start timer .
